This photo made it to the finals of the LaMPA photo contest (out of over 1,800 entries), which is part of the Mountain Festival in Lądek-Zdrój. I went to the festival and met the contest jury and other participants. We had a chance to talk – it was a very inspiring conversation. Later, I realized that I am no longer just someone who works in IT, but there is also another, significant part of me that fulfills me, that is my passion. A passion that makes me able to get up before sunrise and, on a very cold morning, despite all the discomfort, stand there and take a photo like this.

Dlaczego wrzucam zdjęcie ze śnieżnym krajobrazem pod koniec lata?
To zdjęcie dostało się do finału konkursu fotograficznego LaMPA (spośród ponad 1800 nadesłanych prac), który odbywa się w ramach @festiwalgorski w Lądku-Zdroju. Pojechałem na Festiwal i poznałem jury konkursu oraz innych uczestników. Mogliśmy porozmawiać - to była bardzo inspirująca rozmowa. Po niej zrozumiałem, że nie jestem już tylko kimś kto pracuje w IT, ale jest też jakaś inna, duża część mnie, która mnie spełnia, która jest moją pasją. Pasją, która powoduje, że potrafię wstać przed wschodem słońca i podczas bardzo zimnego poranka, pomimo całego dyskomfortu stać tam i zrobić właśnie takie zdjęcie.
