Are they costumes, are they faking or did they just do a heist on Halloween? Not sure, but the urge to make Jack and Alice into Phantom Thieves was an urge too strong to fight against.
And they are too stylish to be stopped!
Joy is the synonym of Fun and Mirage is a synonym of illusion - because I did not want to use Wonder, I felt that might've been overstepping it a bit, since that is Norths thing, so I looked for other words that fit the bill.

What can I say, I wanted to design a Phantom Thief - and there was a post talking about Hifumi being cut from being a thief...so, I figured, why not?

I usually see Hifumi being called either some variant of General or something to do with her Beauty...so, I figured 'why not go with Beast for a change?' And I did.

The mask is sort of based on Momotaros from Kamen Rider Den-O, at least in regards to looking Oni like. The rest of the outfit is pretty much Japanese based, sort of like Yusuke, but she gets a naginata instead of a sword.

Jake Clawson and Chance Furlong AKA Razor and T-Bone of SWAT KATS: The Radical Squadron as the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. I mean, they got dishonorably discharged and sent to work at a salvage yard and their response was to go build their own jet and tech and fight bad guys? Pretty rebelious if you ask me.

THE THIEF OUTFIT
I went for a more spy style catsuit (har har) for Jake, since he's the one who'd go in the field if the situation called for it.

I tried to do a mix of spysuit and aviator for Chance, though. His specialty was his piloting skills, so it fits.

Dunno how they pulled those masks off, unless the helmets only formed with the rest of the suits...

THE WEAPONS
Ranged: While I am certain as Enforcers, these two were trained with guns, being vigilantes means just killing the target is off the table, so they would need to stick with things such as crossbows. (Though, tbf, only one of them has an aim good enough to kill a target cleanly anyway)

Melee: Besides their fisticuffs, I picture throwing daggers for Jake and a big ol' hammer for Chance.

THE THIEF OUTFIT

THE WEAPONS
Ranged: Beaumont–Adams revolver - a type of gun used by a certain doctor friend of a famed detective

Melee: Singlestick - I can get Phoenix using a gun, because we've all seen them Shadows, but a sword or the like did not want to work with him in my minds eye, but a singlestick is a stick like a cane and with a good enough swing can hurt a bitch AND it is also a name of a martial art...besides Morgana is running around with a slingshot and one of Ryuji's weapons is a pipe, I think a thick stick meant for bashing can do the job

CODENAME
Now the codename was a difficult detail. I figure a name that can match up to his ability to spot the contradictions and lies would be a good choice: Hawkeye. Or just Hawk. Both are good.

PERSONA AND SKILL

Here I present twinklecupcakes LMK OC: Xiaoqing, as Phantom Thief Serpent, if she were to be in lunar-wanderings LMK Phantom Thief AU.

Dunno, just got hit with inspiration for this piece and here we are now.

Would she be a Phantom Thief - dunno, but if she were in the PT AU where everyone, including Mo is, chances are she might go for a ‘can’t beat them, join them’ route.

Maybe she, like, steals from one place once a year, just to be a particular pain in the rear to some people.

She is green, well, she is the Green Snake, makes sense, but I did use Mermaids for the basis of the dress, as opposed to a cape.

Even her mask being more in the shape of mermaids’ fins as opposed to a snake face.

Hair in a braid to make sure it doesn’t get caught anywhere and looks cool.

There wasn’t a particular style in mind, just 'fancy, but serious’. And she’s coming here to shake up this party!

And here we have lunar-wandering’s Phantom Thief Golden Monkey!

Took way longer than I anticipated, mostly due to work. Not quite how I imagined him to look, but I’m tired. Maybe I’ll remake him in the future, who knows. But I am finally finished with this one!

As visible, I went for a classic look of a Stage Magician Phantom Thief.

I did want the suit to be gold/yellow, it just wasn’t looking too…it just wasn’t working out, so I went for a white base and golden accents. I think it came out better this way. Slightly repetitive maybe, but flashy? Can get very flashy.

I really like the mask design, but the hat makes it hard to see, XP, soooooo:

Here it is! Because SWK Fanboy, I wanted the mask shape to look like SWK’s pattern, but went a little more P5 Joker with the inside pattern, heh. Looks a bit like the sun, actually.

So, yeah, here’s Phantom Thief Golden Monkey and silhouettes of some detectives out to catch him!
