Множество петроглифов возрастом 5 тыс лет на участке длиной 3 км.
Добраться туда это целое приключение - часа 4-5 от столицы по неплохой дороге и еще 3-4 часа по грунтовке с множеством колдобин. Поэтому пришлось разбить поездку на два дня и ночевать в Day Forest National Park в спартанских условиях (но электричество они мне обеспечили, так что даже поработал немного).

While hiking in New Mexico a while back, I saw these Native American pictographs. Staring at them and reflecting was mesmerizing.

Fun fact: people colloquially use “petroglyphs” to describe paintings on rock walls. But that specifically refers to etchings, not paintings. “Pictographs” is the term for the latter.
