Cosmic Celler Vitalitat 2023 Parellada and Muscat of Alexandria. Yellow with some turbidity. Medium intensity bose but good definition, with stone fruit, candied citrus peel, ripe pineapple, and some white flower. Today's bottle is a 2021 Famille Fabre
L'Instant Bulle Pétillant Naturel Brut Nature - unfiltered bubbles with no degorgement, fermented using natural local yeasts.

Crisp bubbles, taste not super pronounced, but I get pear, apple with a bit of chalk. Not as strong and refreshing as champagne (duh), but still delicious!
