Adapted a peanut dressing recipe for Pesach.

• 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup coconut aminos
• 3/4 cup cashew butter
• 2 tbsp sambal chili paste
• 1/4 cup warm water
• 1/8 cup cilantro leaves

Blend.
