@poledance Mouthwatering Monday: Check out my super sexy routine to "Granite" by Sleep Token for the 💜@vertical_movement_pole 💜showcase!

✨Facts about this routine: ✨

1. After the running reverse grab chair everything else is freestyled.
2. I wanted to challenge myself by wearing socks for the entire routine - including all tricks and climbing.
3. I was inspired by @rachbrumen to create a Sleep Token routine.
4. This routine was created after PSO November, leaving about 3-4 weeks for choreo and planning. I included tricks I've been working really hard on: Ayesha Combo, superman (nemesis trick), and a running reverse grab (hit on the actual performance!)
5. Planned the routine on all static because @verticallyinvertedalex is making me fall in love with static pole 💜💜

Shoutout to my fantastic coaches - you all make my sparkle shine brighter

Made a test 'Cake Piece' cake today because it's been a while. J swiped a spoonful of mix from the bowl early enough in the process to possibly have thrown out the proportions, I nearly forgot to double the amount of buttermilk, then once it was in the oven, I realised I'd failed to buy cream cheese (for frosting) yesterday but by then the shops were closed. Also the test cakes have come out rather flatter than I recall. This is why practice exists... #rehearsal #composerlife #performerlife
