#sixteen is an age when legal terms chamge. Today, songs talking about #sweetsixteen produce micro-vomits. As a #collective, suddenly everyone understands. I will never forget, how the adults #laughed at me. How I was laughed at and made fun of. I was 8 years old. I should have known. That's what the adults said. Listen to how men and their supporters talk about #aspiringmodels? Most #outrage is #performative only.

@kirkland I think learning a language is good to help bridge the gaps for ideas, but the act of learning #Spanish is more #performative without actually helping people understand their rights.
Also what Spanish are you learning, Spain Spanish? A dialect of Latin America?

@fist The STOLPERN project and its associated city walk #recontextualized #monuments and locations in Linz, clarified their #Nazi-era connections, pointed out #antisemitic, #racist, and/or ethnic-nationalist content, and highlighted #patriarchal content that has solidified in the city over time. Existing monuments, which tell stories of a fascist and patriarchal past and present, were #contrasted with monuments that do not yet exist, whose outlines were sketched through #performative exercises.
