I’m having a moment here. Decided it’s been a while since spice grinders were cleaned and filled with fresh/fresher peppercorns. #TipOfDay BUT can anyone please advise how long they can stay in a grinder and be “fresh enough” to use?

Also, 2 large jars of Kirkland/Costco are approaching 5 years now. Keep it or toss? One says Whole Black Peppercorn the other Black Pepper Coarse Ground. Is the black pepper same as Tellicherry Black Peppercorns? Note I have not shown an additional dozen jars of pepper blends. Yikes.

I realized after 1 year sealed up as a Christmas gift I should try these 4 Trader Joe peppers. I have no idea what the taste difference is: Rainbow, White, or Pink. Advise? Be gentle: grew up with a mother who only had 4 “spices”, all McCormick. #Pepper #Peppercorn #Spices

A bit belatedly, I loved #MarkUrban & colleague's #Newsnight discussion on the pending #US announcement on #Fusion energy advances last night! #BBC #Laser #Fusion #Nuclear #Peppercorn

OK. This stuff is SUUPER yummy on eggs. I'd originally meant to buy "Tean's Chili Crisp" and landed here instead :) I could go for the super hot version next time, but this is good as my wife can try as well (She doesn't like the kind of chili heat I do :)

Szechuan numbing peppercorn FTW! :)
