With Angler's permission, he leaves the Darkside once a year to meet his sisters, and then the Longest Night falls upon Peplandia.

Hunter ensures that violent nightmares do not escape the Darkside. If this happens, he tracks them down and brings them back.
Though the Hunter serves the grim Angler, his work is a good one. As a threshold keeper, he protects Peplandia from nightmares while also watching over those Peplandia dwellers who have found themselves in the Darkside.

Amethyst Runemaster
Where Adventurine is the one who tells the stories, the Runemaster is the one who records them. The amethyst librarian not only preserves and expands the collection of the most remarkable library in Peplandia, but also diligently studies the history of its language. And it must be said, his efforts have paid off: the Runemaster can read even what seems like nonsense to others.
