A man who collapsed on the street in #Aberdeen after a #seizure was offered a “remote consultation” instead of an #ambulance

Martin Logan’s son Gregor, 23, suffered bilateral dislocations of both shoulders and hit his head when he fell.

He had a #tonic-clonic seizure and #collapsed and a passer-by called #999 in the hopes of getting an ambulance.
