I'm not sure what is more distressing...
The waiting waiting to learn if I'd be allowed home to get my kit (the hour's cycle constituting my physical exercise)
Or Javid's swooning extraction of opinion-blurts that too often replaces critical analysis of #technology
And I reckon Javid is a #ClimateDenier. You can't have held all those #Government positions and not know what a dire state the biophysical systems are in. His gushing over AI can only be part of the distraction #circus.
