last week was #peakweek in preparation for the #K110 at #innsbruckalpinetrailrunfestival. It didn't feel hard, ... I hope I did enough.
In total it was 110km with 4200m of elevation gain of #running plus two strength training sessions.
Now it's time to (slowly) transition to #tapering.

Peak Week Day 6: top 7 peaks in Canberra. Today's peak was Mount Taylor (26°C, 4km walk, 217m climb, 856m summit, 4th highest of the 7). Delightful and easy walk

Peak Week Day 5: top 7 peaks in Canberra. Today's peak was Black Mtn (27°C, 3.5km walk, 213m climb, 812m summit, 7th highest of the 7). Black Mtn is actually lovely and get less creepy after dark. Missed sunset due to an unrelated tennis emergency but still good.
Peak Week Day 4: top 7 peaks in Canberra. Today's peak was Tuggeranong hill (33°C, 3.2km walk, 187m climb, 855m summit,56th highest of the 7). Rockiest path in Australia, good view from the summit. We still aren't getting better at selfies.
Peak Week Day 3: top 7 peaks in Canberra. Today's peak was Mt Ainslie (29°C, 5.4km walk, 270m climb, 859m summit, 6th highest of the 7). Classic for Canberra Day.
Peak Week Day 2: top 7 peaks in Canberra. Today's peak was One Tree Hill in Hall (28°C, 8.9km walk, 247m climb, 863m summit, 3rd highest of the 7). Basically lovely.
