It's standing room only on the evening peak-hour bus. The air-conditioning isn't working, and morning deodorants no longer mask the overpowering body odour of sweaty commuters. Most stare stony-faced at their phones. I'd join them, but I forgot to recharge my phone at the office, and the battery's almost flat. 🚌

#RapidKL has announced that the operational hours for its dedicated #buslane on Jalan Ampang is being expanded.

The special lane now set to run during evening #peakhour starting from November 15.

When trials began in July, it was announced that the dedicated #bus lane would be in place during the 6am to 9am peak hours on weekdays.

Now, it will also operate from 4.30pm to 7pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Those who have taken the train with #KTM will know that the frequency is anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes and if you miss a train, you’ll have to wait for quite some time.

Recently, a Malaysian radio DJ, JC decided to take the #train with KTM to avoid peak-hour traffic.

He was utterly disappointed when the train did not show up after more than 1 hour.
