🧐 For our office in Skopje we are seeking a full-time international Project Manager to work in partnership with actors of civil society in North Macedonia and the wider region, who are committed to overcome ongoing challenges to peace.

🕊️ You will work closely with other Pro Peace offices in the Western Balkans to co-develop context-sensitive approaches and implement activities that contribute to our regional programme. You will join a committed team dedicated to non-violence and building a more just and peaceful future.

🌐 Please note: This is an international position. Applicants must hold citizenship outside the current programme countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Serbia).

Sofia Bustamante works with conflict resolution. She has a black belt in Aikido and bases her many of her workshop exercises & techniques on insights she has gained from this.

Her current work involves developing a systematic Conflict Resolution Pattern Language. In this episode we talk about the relationships between this, traditional fears of naming, and General Semantics.
