Wegen meines #PCOS kochen wir momentan nahezu vollständig low carb oder nach Weight Watchers. Ich hab‘s heute gefunden, nach langer Zeit: Das erste WW-Rezept, das mich komplett hungrig zurückgelassen hat weil die Menge ein Witz war und es auch einfach nicht geschmeckt hat. Und das sage ich als jemand, der zuverlässig dank diverser Medis nach der Hälfte satt ist… (Proteinshake-Trink-Geräusch)

In other good news, I restarted metformin yesterday, just 500mg and planning to go back up to 1000mg (more than that and side effects were too much).

Sugar had been slowly starting to come down, but consistently too high, nudging from 8.6 to 8.2, then 8.1. Today it’s all been under 8, from 7.1 to 7.7.

It gives an easier time and also helps other hormones (years ago, they originally gave it to me for PCOS).
