Encara no tenim PCIe 6.0 en entorns domèstics però ja estan preparant la versió 8.0 amb 1TB/s bidireccional.
Aquest no el veurem fins passat 2030 mínim.

PCI-SIG에서 PCIe 8.0 사양 초안 0.5 버전을 공개했다. PCIe 8.0은 최대 256 GT/s의 전송 속도와 x16 구성 시 양방향 1.0 TB/s 대역폭을 목표로 하며, 2028년까지 회원들에게 공식 발표될 예정이다. 이 기술은 AI/ML, 고속 네트워킹, 엣지 컴퓨팅, 양자 컴퓨팅 등 데이터 집약적 응용 분야에 적합하며, 이전 세대와의 호환성을 유지하면서 대역폭과 전력 효율을 개선하는 데 중점을 둔다. PCIe 8.0은 차세대 고성능 컴퓨팅과 데이터 센터, 자동차, 군사/항공우주 분야에서 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

Renesas WS125-V2HRDKREFZ is a Robotics Development Kit (RDK) powered by Renesas RZ/V2H Arm Cortex-A55/R8/M33 microprocessor and designed for high‑performance AI vision applications leveraging the MPU's built-in 80 TOPS (sparse) AI accelerator. The kit ships with 16GB LPDDR4, 64MB QSPI flash, a 64GB microSD card, and appears to be partially inspired by the Raspberry Pi 5 with a 40-pin Raspberry Pi GPIO header, a 16-pin PCIe Gen3 FFC connector, two MIPI CSI connectors, and a micro HDMI port. Intel Core Series 3 “Wildcat Lake” processor family launched for entry-level laptops and Edge AI systems

After several leaks, the Intel Core Series 3 "Wildcat Lake" entry-level processor family is now official. Intel describes it as the first "hybrid AI-ready Core Series processor". As expected, the "Computer & CPU tile" comes with up to six cores (2x P cores + 4x LPE cores), up to 2-core Intel Xe 3 graphics, up to 40 TOPS of combined AI performance, and LPDDR5x/DDR5 memory interfaces. The "Platform controller tile" integrates six PCIe Gen4 lanes, two Thunderbolt 4 interfaces, two USB 3.2 and eight USB 2.0 interfaces, as well as WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity. The Computer & GPU tile is manufactured using an Intel 18A process, while the Platform controller tile is manufactured with another "External" process (TSMC?).
