Happy National Peanut Butter & Jelly Day!
@npr @all-things-considered-npr Supper plans changed.
As an adult I prefer my PB&J open-faced on toast, and a cup of tea to go with.
I recently went a little crazy making almond butter (it was on sale) and blueberry jam on oat bread toast. It will never replace the original, but it was a tasty change, and very warm & comforting. I ate a lot of PB&J during this unusually cold and snowy Winter.
