I’m not a fan of VR/AR, but Mirus has a really useful application of it to show a seat it’s still designing. It’s their first premium economy seat for single aisle aircraft, and it looks quite nice at least in a virtual world. Also, here’s the new easyjet seats. #AIX26 #PaxEx

TCI tells me that its first Crystal business class seat will be flying on a newly delivered Turkish A350-900 this July. But the Turkish 777 retrofit won’t happen until 2027 or 2028. It can’t replace that 2-3-2 product soon enough, but it’s a start. #AIX26 #PaxEx

eXneo is really cool. It brings new life to old hardware, where a full retrofit of something new isn’t feasible. This demo loading the in-flight map shows how stark the contrast is between old (left) and new (right). Good stuff, @[email protected]! #AIX26 #PaxEx

I know the 787’s dimmable windows get a lot of hate but I do love having the ability to dim them a bit to cut down on the IFE screen sun glare without having to completely close a physical blind. I think it’s genuinely a great #PaxEx feature.
