Hiking from Glungezer to Patscherkofel

After breakfast at the AC Hotel Innsbruck, we took a bus over to #Glungezer where we ascended via gondola. We then hiked the #Zirbenweg at 2,000m elevation to #Patscherkofel, where we had lunch. After, we returned to Innsbruck, visited two churches, and had gelato.

No #trailrunning today, instead I went on a short #SkiTour with my wife, who is still recovering from a cold. So it was only a short tour up mount #Patscherkofel where we live, but still a wonderful winter panorama!

No #running today, instead I went on a short #SkiTour with my wife up our "house mountain" #Patscherkofel.

Nothing too fancy, just a nice day outdoors without the usual crowds that populate the ski resorts.

And also a nice test for my new #Garmin #ForeRunner955, which I got for Xmas 😎 Unfortunately, it didn't record the ascent correctly (only 479m instead of the ca 1200m). Need to find out why before I use it for #TrailRunning
