Idea for a #Pathfider2E sandbox campaign: A minor count's heir in Ustalav recently died under mysterious circumstances, and the second child died soon after during the Fall of Lastwall. Desperate for help, the count calls upon family friends and acquaintances who can make the fief strong and stable before the Whispering Tyrant decides to march east.

Enter the player characters. They have a mandate, but how they "clean up" their part of Ustalav is up to them. #ttrpg
