From crash test dummies to real world applications: The November 2024 ATHENS program in review
Crash test dummies are much more than props for funny videos. Every crash test involves careful data collection, medical research, and advanced engineering techniques to improve road safety and protect lives. To learn more about this important topic, 29 students from 14 European partner universities taking part in the ATHENS program visited the ADAC Technik Zentrum in Landsberg am Lech as part of a weeklong course at TUM from November 16 to 22, 2024. The next program round is already coming up, and applications are now open!
