Miso and Pine Nut dressed Roasted Honeynut Squash With Apple and Radicchio, over a bed of Farro, and topped with a vegan Maple Apple Sage Sausage Crumble, and Chopped Chives. This is the first dish I ever made for @sebalicious when we first started dating. I was so nervous that I sliced my finger while mandalining the apples 😅. Now 3 years later, they helped me make it again for our family Thanksgiving meal! Delicious, perfectly executed, and no bloody fingers! 😅🥰
