Karla discussed social media's role in spreading fake news and the potential of AI in journalism. Ricardo highlighted the rise of populism and the extreme right as major threats to democracies.

🌐 How it started! On March 8th and 10th, we kicked off MeDeMAP - Mapping Media for Future Democracies in Vienna.
🗓️ We set the project timeline, discussed goals, and had a roundtable with speakers like TERESA RIBEIRO (OSCE), RENATE SCHROEDER (EFJ), and others.
