Victim Hailey Privett, 33 - was found pregnant with suspect's children on Dale Drive in Napa on the morning of June 8, 2025. and she also was the adoptive mother of three living children.

Solis has a fairly extensive criminal history with at least 10 prior convictions. He was convicted in 2013 of a knife attack in downtown Napa and sentenced to 10 years in prison. In 2019, he was convicted of assaulting another inmate but was released and on parole in Napa since May 2024.
