AES Andes hat angekündigt, sich aus dem Megaprojekt INNA zurückzuziehen, das in der Nähe des Paranal-Observatoriums der ESO geplant war. Great to see @esoastronomy celebrating the installation of the 4MOST instrument on the Vista telescope at Paranal Observatory.
The optical fibre positioning system (the part of 4MOST which stars in the photos and video) is called AESOP, and was designed and built by my colleagues at Australian Astronomical Optics (AAO), here in Sydney.
