Even before, there were ways to make assets hard to unseizeable given sufficient overhead and money at hand, but nowadays the cost is near-zero!
Seriously, if @signalapp was maintained by more competent people, they may have integrated some #Monero #PaperWallet like the one I archived and actually designed their project to be #decentralized like @torproject ...

The only reason why #Monero isn't seen as irredeemable #Shitcoin by be (unlike #Ethereum & #Bitcoin 
) is because it kinda does #UNIX-esque #KissPrinciple and does one thing only but good:
Transfer #XMR privately, relatively fast, at low fees.
In that regard it competes with (Instant-) #SEPA, #WesternUnion, #SMSpayment #TransferWise, #CashApp, #Venmo, #SofortÜberweisung, #PayPal (and as #PaperWallet: #Paysafecard).
