#Xwriter V0.4.2 is out

This version introduces #pantcl filters
#pantcl filters are pandoc filters for :
- C/Go/Rust/Lua/Tcl/python/R/octave/vlang code evaluation
- diagram tools mermaid/graphviz/plantUML/kroki...
- Equation tool (eqn/latex math)
- Music notation (ABC music/lilypond)
- Database output (sqlite3)

A nice set of tools for Xwriter.
