Suzie Dawson has been collecting money from people and promising a groundbreaking social network for years now, and all Panquake has presented publicly is a social media dashboard, and a link shortener (in 2026 this is obsolete, as well as being a common tool of scammers). Both of these could have been built in an afternoon using unmodified code found on GritHub.

It’s an interesting space - I spent several months deep in that kind of tech when we were designing and architecting #PanQuake and it was amazing to talk to knowledgeable people and cross pollinate in #tech to bring in all innovations we could to the short message space. Taking your network out of itself and making each bit modular and interoperable is the kind of challenge I enjoy, connecting all the things.
