When cooking pizza in my home oven I have never been satisfied with the results, even having a pizza steel. The absolute best pizza I've ever had from my oven is with a Lloyd pan. These things are amazing. I also have a pizza oven which is a different story and that shit is amazing as well. But do yourself a favor and buy a Lloyd pan because it will up your pizza game immensely.

Made some pan pizza yesterday. Best recipe I found for a really good pan crust. Talking old-school Pizza Hut days. Late 70s style. Good memories. Used this recipe https://www.seriouseats.com/foolproof-pan-pizza-recipe but half was for my pan (pepperoni, mushroom, black olive, and jalapeño), then the other half was halved - one for a smaller pizza (a Basilita style for my wife) and the other for breadsticks filled with mozzarella cheese and topped with garlic parmesan butter. Sauce is homemade too. 🤌🤤
