I've been continuing the work on my Ruby JSON serialization gem. While there are still a few more features that I'm considering, based on user needs, the benchmarks I've done are showing extremely promising results.

It's at least 2x faster than all other Ruby-based alternatives. Shout out to Panko Serializer for being _slightly_ faster in some cases with its C bindings.

How To:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
2️⃣ Trim, wash & dry your asparagus
3️⃣ Mix flour + seasonings in one bowl
4️⃣ Whisk egg in another
5️⃣ Combine panko + Parmesan in a third
6️⃣ Dredge ➡ Dip ➡ Coat
7️⃣ Line up your spears on parchment
8️⃣ Bake 15 mins ‘til golden & crisp

✨ Serve hot and try not to eat them all in one sitting! 😋

I love making #food from fridge leftovers. It's like my own private #Chopped

Kids had leftover #mac and #cheese, and I had some leftover rotisserie #chicken so I fried it in a nonstick with some #milk and #butter. Once it tightened up I added big hands full of #Chihuahua cheese, then in a separate skillet, toasted #Panko, plate, top with #Cholula hot sauce. #Breakfast #Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese

una amiga que sabe de arroz me sugirió cambiar el arroz tipo sushi que uso... y queria presumir mi pollo empanizado/empanado con panko... con champiñones/hongos/setas y edamama... zanahoria cruda.. con mayonesa estilo japonés

Am liebsten Altona in Bahnhofsnähe, rund um die Mö oder südllich der Norderelbe (Wbg oder Harburg). Das gibt es wohl von Arche, aber wo?!

Pasta, macaroni, with butternut squash and kale [both autumn vegetables] with cheese sauce... and baked for a few minutes to toast the breadcrumbs (panko, Japanese style)... it looks so pretty in the pan... too bad it's Tuesday when I go to the office

Pasta, macaroni, con calabaza cacahuate (butternut squash) con kale (¿tiene nombre en español el kale? col crespa al parecer) [ambas hortalizas de otoño] con salsa de queso... y horneada uno minutos para tostar el pan molido/rallado (panko, estilo japonés) ... se ve tan linda en el/la sartén.. lástima que es martes de ir a la oficina
