Hey #ffxiv team, I just wanna talk.

That disconnect symbol on our bard is because her internet dropped out right before the end of the floor 80 boss fight in Eureka Orthos. Our save is now invalid, and we have to start from floor 1.

Instead of rewarding us for downing a 4 man boss with 3 players on the highest difficulty, we've been forced to restart and lose ~8 hours of work.
