Jaw abcess is back. Ugh. And local dentists are backed up til next month. So here I lie with an ice pack on my face hoping it goes away. Ouch. Broke as a joke so no numbing meds or ibuprofen to be had.

So the nerve pain has connected between my neck and my eye which means the Occipital neuralgia episode is racing down the tracks. I've taken diazepam and tramadol to try and slow it down, I'm icing it and rubbing Fenbid gel into my neck, but I know it's at the stage where I can't stop it. I need one more day before the pain takes over - my son leaves for Uni tomorrow. #PainSucks

Talking to a friend about her disabling pain. She's gone through all the BS injections et.al., so I asked if they have not offered pain meds, since she's tried everything else.

Turns out she has bought into their BS that "If you just accept the pain, it won't be as bad." And that's how she's living her life. Suffering.

I'm on the verge of #DisablingPain today. I accept that. It won't make a diff when I have to cancel my clients because of it.
