On February 8, 2025, Felise-Vitale represented American Samoa at Miss Pacific Islands 2025 at the Friendship Hall in Honiara, Solomon Islands. She competed against seven other candidates including Litara Loma Leilani Ieremia Allan of Samoa, who won the title.

Runner-up to Allan was Racheal Guttenbeil of Tonga and the second runner-up was Felise-Vitale. The respective third and fourth runners-up were Elsie Polosovai of the Solomon Islands and Ngatepaeru Marie Maoate of the Cook Islands.
