Pagans Motorcycle Club Shootout

https://youtu.be/6JhRY9JKUlo

Is the biker club scene completely batshit crazy with Pagans MC shootouts and cop clubs like Shadow Order LEMC posting propaganda?

In this raw biker news breakdown, we dive into the latest on the Pagans Motorcycle Club parking lot shootout, a fourth member pleading guilty, and the shocking plea deal fallout that exposed club secrets. Then we react to the wildest Facebook post from Shadow Order LEMC – a law enforcement motorcycle club claiming to keep “loyalty, honor, respect” while everything about cop clubs screams the opposite.

If you ride with an MC, follow outlaw motorcycle clubs, or just love real talk on club politics, protocol channels, LEMC drama, and how politics destroys brotherhood faster than rivals ever could, this episode hits hard. Newer members especially – this is the reality check you need.

We call out the hypocrisy, the internet protocol warriors, and why LEMCs like Shadow Order are trying to “break the mold” with press-release style posts that sound straight out of a PR firm. Plus, real talk on why civilians joining cop clubs will never make sense to true riders.

Outlaw Forever. Rock on.

PAGANS MC GETTING DESTROYED

https://youtu.be/y3PnG1qjhkw

In this breaking biker news breakdown, we dive deep into the latest developments in the Pagans Outlaw Motorcycle Club vs. Unknown Bikers confrontation at the West Norriton Wawa on October 17, 2025. A Montgomery County judge just denied severance requests, forcing six Pagans members into a joint trial on charges including aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering other persons, and riot.

The court ruled that the defendants “will not be prejudiced” by being tried together — but is that total horse crap? When one co-defendant already pleaded guilty and admitted acting as support, and evidence against others could easily spill over, how can these guys get a fair shake? Juries are famous for getting it wrong, especially when outlaw motorcycle clubs like the Pagans MC are involved and the case hits the headlines.

We also cover the positive side: Charges were fully dismissed against two Pagans members (Erik Dixon and Luke Higgins) due to lack of evidence tying them directly to any assault. Their attorneys argued they never engaged, stayed on their bikes, and left after gunfire broke out — and the judge got it right this time.

Plus, details on Jason William Lawless‘ guilty plea to misdemeanor simple assault and conspiracy. He received time served (credit for 145 days) plus probation after admitting he didn’t physically fight but was present to provide support.

This case highlights a bigger issue: Are biker club members getting slammed with bad rulings and prejudicial joint trials just because of their colors and the “big news” factor? Defense lawyers warned about spillover evidence ruining individual assessments — common sense that seems ignored here.

What do you think? Will these six Pagans get a fair trial on May 18, or is the deck stacked against them? Drop your thoughts, opinions, and suggestions for the brothers in the comments.

If you’re into real talk on outlaw motorcycle clubs, biker news, MC trials, Wawa shooting Pagans, and justice system breakdowns, this one’s for you.

Pagan Mc Member Ultimate Stab In The Back

Pagans MC Member Jason Lawless Takes Plea Deal in Wawa Shooting – Admits Pagans Are a Criminal Organization & Dooms Co-Defendants?

In this explosive breakdown of the latest development in the West Norriton Wawa biker gang shooting, we dive deep into how one Pagans Outlaw Motorcycle Club member’s guilty plea could destroy the chances for the other eight charged Pagans. Jason William Lawless, 46, became the first of nine Pagans members to plead guilty to simple assault and conspiracy after the chaotic October 17, 2025 confrontation with rival Unknown Bikers at the Wawa parking lot in West Norriton, Pennsylvania.

The plea includes a damaging summation read in court where Lawless allegedly admitted the Pagans are a 1%er outlaw motorcycle gang, that members have an “understanding” to use violence when encountering rivals in their territory, and that the group acted together with intent to assault. This admission of conspiracy and coordinated violence just made life a thousand times harder for the remaining defendants heading to trial.

We break down exactly why doing dirt with others — especially in high-stakes biker cases — can bring everyone down when one person cuts a deal for time served. Classic example of why many old heads say: if you’re gonna ride dirty, ride alone.

Pensacola Member of Outlaws Motorcycle Club Pleads Guilty to Arson

Pensacola, Florida – Gregory E. Simonds Jr., 42, of Pensacola, pleaded guilty in federal court to the charge of arson by means of an explosive causing personal injury. John P. Heekin, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida, announced the charge.

U.S. Attorney Heekin said: “Targeting, prosecuting, and eliminating transnational criminal organizations, like the Outlaws Motorcycle Club, is one of the principal objectives of Operation Take Back America, which was launched by President Donald J. Trump and Attorney General Pam Bondi to devote the full might of the Department of Justice toward keeping our communities safe from violent thugs like this defendant. With yet another successful prosecution under OpTBA, we are one step closer to that goal, and we will continue to aggressively these cases to deliver the safe streets our citizens deserve.”

Court documents reflect that on February 15, 2025, during an altercation with a group of individuals associated with the Pagans Motorcycle Club in the parking lot of Emerald Coast Harley Davidson on Beal Parkway in Fort Walton Beach, the defendant set off an explosive that damaged the adjacent Jimmy John’s restaurant building and injured one of its employees. Although the defendant drove away from the scene, he was quickly identified and arrested by law enforcement. In his car, officers recovered four more explosive devices, two guns, narcotics and drug paraphernalia, and an Outlaws Motorcycle Club vest that the defendant had been identified wearing during the incident. During a subsequent search of his residence, federal agents seized additional explosive devices, explosive making material and equipment, and other evidence that the defendant was making and selling explosives.

Simonds faces a mandatory minimum term of 7 years’ imprisonment, and up to a maximum term of 40 years’ imprisonment.

The case was the result of a joint investigation by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, with assistance from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Alicia H. Forbes.

Simonds’s sentencing is scheduled for June 30, 2026, at 9:00 am at the United States District Courthouse in Pensacola before United States District Judge M. Casey Rodgers.

This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime.

No jail time for man once charged with gang related murder in Marion County

FAIRMONT, W.Va. — One-time alleged Pagans Motorcycle Club leader Ryan Lane will receive no jail time after pleading guilty to a charge of “organized criminal enterprise” as part of the 2022 Marion County murder case of Henry Silver.

Lane was sentenced to five years of probation and ordered to pay a $10,000 fine along with court costs as part of a ruling by Marion County Circuit Judge Patrick Wilson on Wednesday, less than three months after agreeing to a plea deal for the single felony charge.

Prosecutors asked for 5 years of home confinement, a $10,000 fine, and seven years of probation. The defense requested time served, which equated to roughly 18 months. According to the West Virginia State Code, a felony charge of “organized criminal enterprise” can carry a maximum sentence of up to 10 years in prison.

Stabbing Call Leads to Police Pursuit of Pagans Motorcycle Club

Tazewell Police Chief Jeremy Myers released the following statement:

“Earlier today at approximately 4:40 pm Claiborne E-911 received multiple 911 calls from 1440 North Broad Street (Catdaddys Market) in Tazewell about a large disturbance involving several motorcyclists that involved weapons and a stabbing.

Tazewell Police Department officers were on scene within minutes and found one victim suffering from a stab wound to the chest and a large group of other motorcyclists on scene. The victim was transported by helicopter to UT Medical Center for treatment, officers attempted to stop several of the involved motorcyclists identified as Pagan Motorcycle Club members. A New Tazewell Police Department officer was able to apprehend one of the involved parties.

The group of motorcyclists entered Union County fleeing law enforcement and attempted to evade Union County Sheriff’s Office, Maynardville Police Department, and Plainview Police Department. The group continued toward the Knox County line where one of the involved bikes crashed at a high rate of speed in a construction zone. That individual was also transported to the University of Tennessee Medical Center.”

Chief Myers states that this is an active and ongoing investigation and appears to be an isolated incident.

The Tazewell Police Department is being assisted by the Tennessee Highway Patrol and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. We would like to thank the Claiborne County Sheriffs Office, New Tazewell Police Department, Tennessee Office of Homeland Security, Knox County Sheriff’s Office for all of the assistance.
