Enjoyed a really nice 26 mile bike ride this morning with friends on the Monterey Rec trail from Marina (CA) south to Lover’s Point in Pacific Grove, our turn around point.

The left photo is from Lover’s Point in Pacific Grove looking south west toward the point, Punta de los Pinos (Point of the Pines). The right photo is from the same spot turning 180 degrees and looking south east toward Monterey from Lover’s Point. The coastal fog was finally starting to clear from the coast. It was a typical Monterey Bay morning, fog at the coast finally clearing to a nice sunny day.
