This is not the #solution - all the #UK #gas & #electricity #companies need to be taken back into #public #ownership, as do the #water & #rail #firms. They should NEVER have been privatised in the first place! These things are #public #utilities, & should satisfy the #criterion of public #utility - NOT that of #private #profit!

📢 Protože #AI je zesilovač. Čeho? Právě toho, co ve firmě máte. Někdo má pořádek, jiný bordel, někdo perfektně vyladěné procesy, jiný nahodilost.

👏 Děkuju Karlu Pávkovi za vyjimečné setkání vyjímečných lidí včetně Michala Donáta, který společně s námi na workshopu k #ROI #AI prošel, na co vše je dobré pamatovat, když firma prochází výraznou změnou.

🤔 Komplexní produkty a rozsáhlá #IT oddělení typicky nejsou jednoduchý systém. A zrychlení některé části automaticky neznamená zrychlení celku. Zrychlení vývoje často znamená přesun úzkého hrdla jinam (analýza, směřování produktu, sladění týmů, jasno v tom co vůbec dělat / nedělat).

➡️ Není to nový problém v řízení organizací a měřit #return #of #investment znamená měřit #total #cost #of #ownership
