So I'm one month into a new job doing ops and dev (but oddly not DevOps‽) and I'm now on the Azure Alerts notifications.

Well, kinda.

You see, the Azure Alerts are sent to my Corp Outlook mailbox. And after two days, they are now all placed into Outlook's mail quarantine as spam.

I've trusted the sender, added it to my contacts list, released all their messages (one by one, as bulk actions are only for delete) and they are still filtered into quarantine.

I, freaking hate Azure and how slipshod it all is.

Well likely you can't, not easily. Everything is from whatever breadcrumbs you followed to get here. Yes there, right there, is Kind of thing you're looking at. NO CLICKY. Not allowed. Search for the exact name of the kind of thing, good luck. Many things have same or similar names or aliases. Also they will show you the new thing they want you to use instead of what you have.

Day two of using Deezer. First day using phone app.

Deezer: Plays 2 songs... Silence
Me: Has WiFi gone weird again?... Nope.
Deezer: Want to go ad free? (Full screen ad with pause bars but not playing through it's 30 second screen time 🫤 & only other button is to go ad free 😠🤬.
Me: Press pause button... It becomes play button but nothing else changes.
Me: only way out is close app.

Deezer android app users of the fediverse, is this normal?

I have zero problem with ads, provided they don't effectively break the app like Deezer's very own ad, loaded beneath an actual ad did.

Very grateful for any insights 😀.

The local Lidl is still playing a fun game of pissing off customers and losing business by closing the conveyor belt and forcing everyone to use the self-checkout terminals.

Attendants are too busy with people struggling to weigh their tomatoes or identify the right bakery item from a small picture to notice that some forget to scan half of the stuff in their carts.

Seems fair though, since they make customers work there now, they should be entitled to an employee discount 😆

We only buy a small amount there now instead of bulk shopping. It's more work to shop around but other stores have discounts too.

It feels a little sad though, as Lidl has been a steady supplier of most of our provisioning all over Europe, on several occasions even anchoring in front of one.
