I’ve cooked packages of #Vigo #YellowRice several times and every time a significant amount will #overcook and glue to the bottom of the pan. Every time, I’m careful to follow the cooking instructions exactly.

Today, I deviated. Used nearly double the amount of water and ultimately cooked a little less time than the minimum written on the package. Came out perfect.

So Vigo yellow rice cooking instructions definitely advise too little water and too much time.
