DO NOT USE THE SELF CLEANING MODE!

Rather put a pan with water on LOWEST setting, cook for 30 mins, then wipe the inside.
NEVER use baking paper in cleaning mode!

I had enough. After one year+ with the oven in our new-to-us house, I took the sliding rack assembly down to the workshop and hacked off the annoying front lip (handle?).

Don't know why that's there, other than for installations on sailboats and steamships perhaps. It really gets in the way and sets you up for burns as you try to maneuver things over or around it.

Glad it's gone. Good riddance.
