I never forgot the records he first established himself which has some of the most racist shit I've ever read the song titles to (I never felt the need to actually listen to the songs that contain hard rs if you know what I mean). I’m starting the daunting task of going through all of my boxes in the basement; sorting them, cleaning them, and filing the really excellent stuff into my regular library.
At least half of it will be culled, but I’ll worry about that later.

This morning, I came across a box that was mostly filled with outlaw country stuff; Johnny, Waylon, some Hank, and other legends.

I love the early Johnny Cash, and this is a great one. It’s got “Slow Rider”, “Going To Memphis” and “Old Doc Brown” on it.
Just great songs.
