It bugs me that Tierney claims low quality paint when he must know that the environmental standard changed the make-up of paint a few years ago. All municipalities are finding the new paint doesn't last as long. #OttPoli

It was ppropriate to hold the training. I doubt it was necessary to hold it at a regular council meeting. It could easily have been a special single topic meeting. Staff attend or are available for council. This put their day on hold. They have work that needs focus, not interruptions. #OttPoli
