According to the latest update Saturday from the Ottawa River Regulation Planning Board, water levels and flows are still rising along the Ottawa River's main stem due to both melting snow and runoff from rainfall.

Major Ottawa River flooding can't be ruled out, board says
The board managing the Ottawa River's reservoirs says minor flooding appears to be imminent starting in Pembroke, and it cannot rule out major flooding in the next week between the Arnprior and Cumberland areas.
