I've given up trying get the ASHA function on my phone to play nicely with my hearing aids.
So, I've bought a tiny device that connects my hearing aids to my phone by Bluetooth - and it's amazing. It also works as a directional microphone to supplement my hearing aids.
Not cheap, but it looks like a game changer for me.
Oticon ConnectClip
Does anyone else have #Oticon #HearingAids ?
I had to switch back to an iPhone, because the connectivity on my Android was poor and they would restart sometimes twice a day.
Has anyone "solved" this? I need them connected persistently for audio notifications, I often miss the vibrate-only ones.

Intriguing Wi-Fi art installation. I want this piped into my #Oticon hearing aids, dammit!

Long shot - Anyone use or know someone who uses rechargeable Oticon More Hearing Aids? I am trying to find a list of all the button press commands.
Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn them on.
Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn them off.
Press and hold for X seconds to pair via Bluetooth.
Press and hold for X seconds to restart them.
The instructions need to be specifically for rechargeable, as battery-powered is different (e.g. “Remove the battery to restart.”). I wish they listed all this info in one spot. I am trying to document for the next time I have to troubleshoot them for my mom, and it’s like digging through mud for a specific clump of wet dirt.
Boosts would be appreciated, if you’re so inclined.
