My #SpookySaturday features another shot from St James's Church (Kostel sv. Jakuba) in #Brno – the ossuary. Unlike some ossuaries, the bones and #skulls here haven't been turned into fancy art, but with around 50,000 people buried (sponsored by plague and cholera), it's said to be the second-largest #ossuary in Europe. Rediscovered only in 2001, it's made up of just three burial chambers, but it's quite the experience.

I snuck this one in because I stumbled across this band earlier tonight. Ossarium from Munich, Germany play doom/death metal with some black metal influences. This is a 2013 release but it's worth a listen.
