A3C, the local #OSMF chapter in Colombia since last month, exhibits these same characteristics: high fees and professional services related to #openstreetmap. A coincidence, or a certain logic for members who are primarily professionals? Once again, @osm_fr has chosen to exclude services from its activities for clear #governance

Além disso, o mobileGEO aponta a falta de clareza na tomada de decisões dentro do Operations WG #osmf. Essa governança reduzida a alguns indivíduos: na verdade, isso vale para todos os WGs da OSMF, conduzidos por pequenos grupos cooptados, às vezes há muitos anos. A @panoramax foundation is set to be created, a sign of the project’s maturity and the shaping of its future with reduced IGN funding and the creation of other instances.
Furthermore, mobileGEO points out the lack of clarity in decision-making within the #osmf Operations WG. This governance is effectively reduced to a few individuals: in fact, this is true of all #osmf WGs, run by small, co-opted groups, sometimes for many years.
