I know this isn’t much to look at, but it’s quite tasty.
Coffee ice cream, sweetened with maple syrup, and with a bacon fat maple “caramel” mixed in. I don’t have much practice making caramel so it crystallized and the texture is too coarse, but it’s not rock hard or overly chewy like the last time I made it and it tastes like I wanted it to so I call it a success!
