So after 40 years we're finally getting an inquiry into Orgreave. This is a testament to the tireless work of campaigners. Hopefully it can avoid the glacial pace of the Undercover Policing Inquiry and some of the people brutalised by the police will still be alive when it reports

Enquiry is long over due. The house we live in is the first time non-miners have lived in it and there are still many people round here that suffered from the police stitch-up.

The amount of police officers that had no insignia on their epaulettes was staggering at #Orgreave There was a general consideration they were members of the army dressed up.
