Uno dei primi libri che abbiamo pubblicato è "Tutto è Archivio. Nulla è Archivio", una raccolta di immagini, testi, saggi e riflessioni sulle immagini d'archivio nel cinema contemporaneo maturate nel contesto del progetto collettivo, a cura de L'Ambulante, che ha portato alla realizzazione del film "Rondò Final". Il libro è stato pubblicato in una tiratura di 200 copie cucite a mano e, dopo 3 anni in giro per il mondo, ne rimangono poche. Se stavate pensando di regalarlo (o regalarvelo) non indugiate troppo, perché potrebbero finire, e se ci sarà una seconda edizione (non ci piace avere libri fuori catalogo) sarà sicuramente diversa. Con testi di Gaetano Crivaro, Vittoria Soddu, Enrico Trogu, ALberto Diana, Margherita Pisano, Luca Carboni, Felice D'Agostino, Arturo Lavorato.

One of the first books we published was ‘Everything is Archive. Nulla è Archivio', a collection of images, texts, essays and reflections on archive images in contemporary cinema, matured in the context of the collective project, edited by L'Ambulante, which led to the film “Rondò Final”. The book was published in a print run of 200 hand-stitched copies and, after 3 years around the world, only a few remain. If you were thinking of giving it (or giving it to yourself) don't linger too long, because they might run out, and if there is a second edition (we don't like to have books out of print) it will definitely be different. "Aldo van Eyck: Seventeen 18, 19... Playgrounds" by Denisa Kollarová and Anna van Lingen. The book is available on our website (https://www.oreri.ooo/en/publishing/catalogue/aldo-van-eyck-seventeen-18-19-playgrounds) and in a growing number of bookshops across Europe.

Seventeen Playgrounds is a research project by Denisa Kollarová and Anna van Lingen on the work of the Dutch architect Aldo van Eyck (1918-1999), designer of hundreds of playgrounds in Amsterdam between the 1950s and 1970s, characterised by simple metal structures and concrete elements in which children could develop their own autonomy and creativity through play. This second edition is co-published with the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Technical University of Brno (CZ).

We are very grateful to Denisa and Anna for trusting us with the printing and publishing of this expanded edition of their book on the playgrounds of Aldo van Eyck. We couldn't agree more with Markus Miessen when he writes: 'What we are witnessing here constitutes the design of gatherings, agonistic assemblies for an intergenerational audience. As a design, it is deeply aware that, in reality, planning is a myth. Such an approach, as well as this book which summarises it, is a great reminder that planning can and indeed should be understood as an unfinished practice, one that leaves space for uncertainty'.

Progetto grafico e stampa di una serie di poster per l'installazione La Custodia dei Saperi, progettata da Atelier Terrapia. L'installazione racconta la produzione di materiali da costruzione naturali che utilizzano fibre vegetali. I poster sono stampati su carta riciclata Favini Crush Grape da 120 g e Mais da 200 g. Le tavole da 30 x 80 cm (rosa) raccontano il progetto di ricerca e forniscono una geografia delle tecniche costruttive e dei/lle partecipanti di questa prima edizione. Le tavole 30 x 42 (crema) invece contengono testimonianze e immagini dei processi produttivi. Sul retro delle 5 tavole sono riprodotti i primi campioni delle specie vegetali in questione, conservati presso l'Erbario dell'Orto Botanico di Cagliari. Il font è Dagheest (Director) di Velvetyne Type Foundry.

Graphic design and printing of a series of posters for the installation La Custodia dei Saperi, designed by Atelier Terrapia. The installation tells the story of the production of natural building materials using vegetable fibres. The posters are printed on 120 g Favini Crush Grape and 200 g Mais recycled paper. The 30 x 80 cm boards (pink) narrate the research project and provide a geography of the construction techniques and participants in this first edition. The 30 x 42 cm boards (cream), on the other hand, contain testimonies and images of the production processes. On the reverse side of the 5 plates are reproduced the first samples of the plant species in question, preserved in the Herbarium of the Botanical Garden of Cagliari. The font is Dagheest (Director) by Velvetyne Type Foundry.

Utopie dattilotessili raccoglie riproduzioni di 100 opere grafiche dattiloscritte di Davide Tocco. Oltre alle opere riprodotte, il libro include una conversazione tra Fiammetta Pani e Ilaria Pisanu, un saggio di Wu Ming 1, un glossario a cura di Federico Antonini e Marta Veronese, e una conversazione tra gli editori e Davide Tocco. Questa edizione bilingue è stata realizzata interamente senza l’utilizzo di computer e software di progettazione grafica. Le opere sono state riprodotte utilizzando soltanto il piatto di scansione e il software di separazione colori di un duplicatore digitale Riso MF9350 e stampate in rosso e nero. I testi e paratesti sono stati interamente dattiloscritti con una Olivetti Studio 44 e riprodotti con lo stesso sistema. Utopie dattilotessili is a collaboration between the Sardinian artist Davide Tocco and Oreri—Iniziativa Editoriale. The book includes reproductions of 100 graphic works created by Davide Tocco. It also features a conversation by Fiammetta Pani and Ilaria Pisanu, an essay by Wu Ming 1, a glossary by Federico Antonini and Marta Veronese, and a conversation between the editors and Davide Tocco. This bilingual edition of 500 copies was produced in its entirety without using a computer or any graphic design software. The works were copied using the Riso MF9350 duplicator’s scanning plate and colour separation software, and printed in red and black.
