De Europese regeringsleiders hebben hun Hongaarse collega Viktor Orbán donderdag hard aangepakt. Ze verwijten hem woordbreuk en ondermijning van de Europese geloofwaardigheid omdat hij een lening aan Oekraïne van 90 miljard euro blokkeert. Orbán gaf geen krimp en volhardde in zijn veto.
