Rethinking prevention in borderline personality disorder and substance use disorder.

It explores a regulation-based hypothesis linking endogenous opioid dysregulation, BPD, and opioid vulnerability, and it asks whether earlier intervention deserves study.

#fentanyl and #opioids do have great uses and purposes...when dosed by a doctor. And if you do palliative or emergency care, they are crucial! What are you going to do? Tell someone with their leg cut open to take a ibuprofen? Because of these kinds of people, that's what the government wants to do. Lawmakers shouldn't be allowed to make care choices above a doctor. I also think clinical psychologists should be able to prescribe but that's a other thing. #news #healthcare
